Scale your leadership.
Not your load.

You know how you want your company to sell, deliver, and serve customers. But you can't be in every conversation.

ArcGlass connects your direction, your team's execution, and your customers' response. See where your product, messaging, or delivery needs to improve, then see how those changes land. Without sitting in every meeting.

Your client conversations are the most sensitive material in your business. ArcGlass never trains AI models on them, never keeps your recordings, and never mixes your data with anyone else's. You own it — explicitly, in our terms.

Before you get started

A few things worth knowing.

Start with a business question, not another tool to manage.

How is ArcGlass different from Gong, Clari, and other tools?

Most revenue tools are built for operational teams. ArcGlass is the Goldilocks layer for hands-on leaders: deep enough to replicate leadership context and judgment across the business, but lightweight enough that the rest of the team benefits too.

If you already use Gong, Clari, or similar tools, ArcGlass works alongside them and helps you get more value from the systems and conversation data you already have.

Is ArcGlass AI native?

Yes. ArcGlass is built AI-native and runs as an agentic system. AI agents read every meeting, call, and email, build and maintain living context for each account, and decide what needs your attention with a recommended next move. It is not AI features bolted onto a dashboard you have to operate.

The context compounds as more conversations are analyzed, so the understanding of your business grows over time rather than resetting with each meeting. Your private conversations are never used to train shared AI models.

What kinds of companies and leaders is ArcGlass built for?

ArcGlass is built for hands-on founders and leaders at growing B2B companies, agencies, and service businesses where customer conversations drive decisions and delivery.

It is especially useful when several people or teams manage relationships across prospects, customers, partners, and vendors, and leadership can no longer stay close by attending meetings. Whether you are still involved in most deals or leading a distributed organization, ArcGlass helps you stay informed, guide execution, and know where to step in.

Does my team need to change its tools or workflow?

No. ArcGlass connects to supported tools your team already uses for email, calls, meetings, and notes. These include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Gong, HubSpot, Granola, Fireflies, and Fathom. Documents and transcripts can also be uploaded, with API ingestion available for custom sources.

Your team can keep its existing workflow while ArcGlass connects the information across conversations. ArcGlass Listen is also available when you need meeting capture and notes.

Do I have to keep prompting to get useful insights?

No. ArcGlass brings the important findings to you. Personalized briefs and alerts surface what needs attention and what to do next, based on your role, accounts, and visibility settings. You choose the recipients and delivery schedule.

ArcGlass builds on company context and account history as new conversations are analyzed. That means a growing understanding of your business, not a collection of disconnected summaries. This use of business context does not involve training shared AI models on your private conversations.

How does ArcGlass track follow-ups and commitments?

ArcGlass turns commitments, risks, and follow-ups from meetings, calls, and emails into proposed tasks, each linked to the conversation that created it. Your team reviews the suggestions, accepts or dismisses them, and assigns owners and due dates.

Tasks stay in a shared worklist where you can track progress and completion, with due and overdue work brought forward. Managers get a clearer view of what needs attention without rebuilding action lists after every meeting.

Who can see our conversations, and what data security controls does ArcGlass provide?

Access follows your organization's roles and visibility settings. With scoped visibility enabled, people see their own conversations, their reporting team's conversations, and the accounts they are assigned to; organization owners retain broader access, and IT admins can manage the system without reading conversation content. Sensitive conversations can be restricted separately. Open, organization-wide visibility is also available and is the default, so choose the appropriate access settings during setup. Briefs and email digests respect the recipient's access permissions.

ArcGlass provides encryption in transit and at rest, customer data isolation, role-based access, single sign-on, audit logging, and deletion controls. Your conversation data is not used to train shared AI models. Audio and video recordings are not retained; text transcripts are retained for account history and can be deleted. We have completed a SOC 2 Type II examination covering the Security category and an independent penetration test, with reports available under NDA. Additional options, including configurable retention, dedicated storage, and your own AI model endpoints, are available on request.

Can ArcGlass be deployed in our own data center?

Yes, through our appliance deployment model. We scope the deployment with your IT and security teams, including what runs in your environment, how your sources connect, and how storage and AI processing are handled.

Contact us to discuss your infrastructure, security requirements, and operational responsibilities so we can define the right deployment approach.

How is ArcGlass priced?

ArcGlass Listen is free for meeting capture, transcription, and notes. Paid plans cover ArcGlass's deeper business intelligence, with pricing tailored to your team and requirements.

A free 14-day trial is available. Tell us about your team size, conversation sources, and deployment needs, and we will recommend the appropriate plan. Contact us separately to discuss appliance deployment requirements.
